The historical event I chose was Woodstock. In this project the main focal point I wanted to make was the word "Woodstock" at the top. I made it the biggest lettering and changed the o's in it to make it stand out more. The third "o" in Woodstock I put love in a circle to symbolize people holding hands. The weight of my project is at the top because of how much I did with the word "woodstock". Then, it leads your eye around in a circle to the word "peace" at the bottom. Peace I used to show it making people coming together in peace for Woodstock. In the middle of the two words you see the word "love" all interwoven into eachother. I did this to make it look like people dancing and coming together for peace and love inside of Woodstock.

Analysis of a Graphic Piece

The hierarchy in this piece is that the big green orc on the right side hits you first. This is probably because most of the piece is different shades of browns. Also, he is the biggest thing on the piece. The next thing your eye goes to is the World of Warcraft logo up in the left hand corner, most likely because the logo is the brightest thing on the picture. Next is the tauren right below the logo. Then, the axe the tauren is holding seems to point back to the orc, bringing you in sort of a circle around the page.
